1. Introduction and Acceptance
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website https://www.stackhublabs.com ("Platform") and all products and services offered by StackHub, with its operational address at West Milan Nagar, O Lane, House No. 6, Dibrugarh, Assam – 786003, India ("we," "us," or "our").
By accessing our Platform, creating an account, or making a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using our Platform.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and StackHub.
2. Eligibility
By using this Platform, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 18 years of age
- You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
- You are accessing the Platform from within the territory of India
- All information you provide during registration or purchase is accurate, current, and complete
If you are under 18 years of age, you are not permitted to use this Platform or make any purchases under any circumstances.
3. Account Registration
3.1 Creating an Account
To make a purchase on StackHub, you must create an account either via Google OAuth or manual email and password registration. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information during registration
- Keep your account credentials secure and confidential
- Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account
3.2 One Account Per User
Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. Each individual may hold only one account. You may not create multiple accounts for the same person.
3.3 No Credential Sharing
Your account is for your personal use only. You may not share your login credentials, account access, or purchased products with any other person. Each person wishing to access StackHub's products must register their own account and make their own purchase.
3.4 Account Termination
StackHub reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account that is found to be in violation of these Terms, including but not limited to credential sharing, fraudulent activity, or abusive behaviour, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.
4. Products and Digital Goods
4.1 Nature of Products
StackHub sells ready-made software project codebases ("Products") in digital format. Each Product is a downloadable ZIP archive containing source code, a project report, a database schema, and a setup guide, as described on the respective product listing page.
4.2 Product Descriptions and Demo Videos
We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, feature lists, and demo videos accurately represent the Product. However, minor differences between the demo and the delivered Product may exist due to configuration, environment, or version differences. Such minor differences do not constitute grounds for a refund.
4.3 Instant Digital Delivery
Upon successful payment verification, your purchased Product will be made immediately available for download through your secure dashboard under "My Library." A confirmation email will also be sent to your registered email address.
4.4 Re-downloading and Updates
You may re-download your purchased Products at any time through your dashboard. StackHub provides free updates to existing buyers at our discretion — when a Product is updated, the latest version will automatically be available in your library.
5. Licence and Permitted Use
5.1 Licence Grant
Upon successful purchase, StackHub grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the purchased Product solely for the following permitted purposes:
- Personal academic project submissions at your educational institution
- Personal learning, study, and skill development
5.2 Restrictions
You expressly agree that you will not:
- Use the Product or any part of it for any commercial purpose, including freelance work, client projects, SaaS products, or any revenue-generating activity
- Resell, redistribute, sublicense, share, or transfer the Product or any part of it to any other person or entity, whether for free or for payment
- Upload, publish, or make the Product available on any public repository (such as GitHub, GitLab, or similar), file-sharing platform, or any other medium accessible to third parties
- Claim original authorship of the Product without meaningful modification and personal contribution
- Use the Product in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations
5.3 Academic Integrity
StackHub's Products are provided for learning and reference purposes. You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with your educational institution's academic integrity, anti-plagiarism, and project submission policies. StackHub accepts no responsibility for any academic disciplinary action, penalty, or consequence arising from your use of our Products in violation of your institution's policies. By purchasing, you acknowledge that you understand this responsibility entirely.
5.4 Intellectual Property
All Products sold on StackHub, including their source code, documentation, and associated materials, remain the intellectual property of StackHub or their respective creators. Purchase of a Product grants you a licence to use it as described above — it does not transfer ownership or intellectual property rights to you.
6. Payments
6.1 Payment Processing
All payments on StackHub are processed securely by Razorpay (Razorpay Software Private Limited). We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and popular digital wallets. By making a payment, you also agree to Razorpay's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
6.2 Pricing
All prices displayed on the Platform are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of all applicable charges unless stated otherwise. StackHub reserves the right to change product prices at any time. Price changes will not affect purchases already completed.
6.3 Payment Security
StackHub does not collect, store, or process any sensitive payment information such as card numbers, CVV codes, UPI IDs, or bank account credentials. All such data is handled exclusively by Razorpay on their PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure.
6.4 Failed Transactions
If a payment fails or is declined, your order will not be fulfilled. You may retry the payment. If an amount is debited from your account but the order is not fulfilled within 24 hours, please contact us at support@stackhublabs.com and we will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
7. Refund Policy
Please refer to our separate Refund Policy available at https://www.stackhublabs.com/legal/refund for full details. In summary:
- StackHub operates a no-refund policy for digital goods once the Product has been accessed or downloaded, in accordance with standard digital goods industry practice
- Refund requests will only be considered in cases of genuine delivery failure (e.g. corrupted file, incorrect product delivered) raised within 48 hours of purchase
- Refunds are not provided for change of mind, incompatibility with your system, or academic consequences
8. Support
StackHub provides support on a best-effort basis via email only. We do not guarantee any specific response time. Support is limited to:
- Delivery issues (e.g. product not appearing in library after payment)
- Corrupted or inaccessible files
We do not provide installation support, code customisation, debugging assistance, or viva/presentation coaching as part of any purchase. Each product includes a detailed setup guide to assist with installation.

9. Product Updates and Discontinuation
9.1 Updates
StackHub may update, modify, or improve any Product at any time. Free updates are provided to existing buyers at our discretion and are made available automatically through your dashboard library. The provision of free updates does not constitute a contractual obligation to maintain, support, or update any Product indefinitely.
9.2 Discontinuation
StackHub reserves the right to discontinue, remove, or retire any Product from the Platform at any time without prior notice. If a Product you have purchased is discontinued, you will retain access to the last available version in your dashboard library. No refund is owed for discontinuation of a Product after it has been delivered and accessed.
9.3 Platform Changes
StackHub reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Platform or any part of it at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.
10. User Conduct
By using our Platform, you agree not to:
- Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation
- Engage in any fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity on the Platform
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, its servers, or its databases
- Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access or extract data from the Platform
- Post false, misleading, or defamatory reviews or content
- Impersonate any person or entity
StackHub reserves the right to take appropriate action, including account termination and legal recourse, against any user who violates these conduct standards.
11. Reviews and User Content
11.1 Eligibility to Review
Only verified buyers — users who have successfully purchased a Product — may submit a review for that Product.
11.2 Review Moderation
All submitted reviews are subject to moderation by StackHub before being published. We reserve the right to reject, remove, or edit reviews that contain offensive language, false information, spam, or content that violates these Terms.
11.3 Licence to User Content
By submitting a review or any other content on the Platform, you grant StackHub a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to display, reproduce, and use that content on the Platform and in promotional materials.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:
- StackHub's Products and Platform are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied
- We do not warrant that the Products will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose beyond their described functionality
- We do not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times or free from technical issues
- We make no warranty regarding the academic suitability or acceptability of any Product at any specific institution
13. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, STACKHUB AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of data, revenue, or profits
- Academic disciplinary action, penalties, or consequences of any kind
- Any damages arising from your reliance on the Products for any purpose
IN NO EVENT SHALL STACKHUB'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM EXCEED THE AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless StackHub and any associated personnel from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to:
- Your use of the Platform or Products
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Any academic or legal consequence arising from your use of purchased Products
15. Third-Party Links and Services
Our Platform may contain links to third-party websites, tools, or services. These links are provided for convenience only. StackHub has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. We encourage you to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party services you use.
16. Privacy
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at https://www.stackhublabs.com/legal/privacy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
17. Amendments to These Terms
StackHub reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will:
- Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page
- Notify registered users via email
Your continued use of the Platform after updated Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform.
18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Dibrugarh, Assam, India.
19. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
20. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and StackHub with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, communications, and understandings.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the Indian Contract Act, 1872, the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and all other applicable laws of India.
